20mm mesh knotless polypropylene cargo netting is the specification of choice where a finer containment mesh is required — retaining smaller items, loose parcels, and mixed loads that would pass through larger mesh sizes. Manufactured in our Fleetwood facility from Nylon, each net is fabricated to last in the demanding conditions of commercial transport and warehouse environments.
The knotless construction distributes load evenly across the net without the stress concentration points of knotted alternatives, making it well-suited to repeated use in fast-turnaround logistics and distribution operations. All netting is UV stabilised as standard, maintaining strength and flexibility in outdoor environments, on vehicle bodywork, and in covered or exposed warehouse locations.

Applications
Van and LCV load containment — retaining parcels, tools, and mixed small items in the cargo area of transit vans and panel vans; suitable for use as a partition net behind the driver's bulkhead to prevent load entering the cab
Warehouse racking protection — the preferred mesh size for pick-face racking storing smaller packaged goods, components, or loose items where larger mesh sizes would allow product to fall through onto personnel below
Mezzanine floor and platform edge protection — retaining smaller items on elevated storage platforms and mezzanine levels in warehouse and industrial buildings

Compliance
For road transport applications, cargo netting provides a containment layer and should be used alongside primary load securing equipment rated to the appropriate standard. Under Section 40A of the Road Traffic Act 1988, drivers are legally required to ensure loads are properly secured for the duration of any journey. For warehouse applications, racking protection netting supports compliance with HSE guidance under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the recommendations of HSG76, the HSE's warehousing and storage guidance.
